Terms and Conditions

The owner of the online store ConstDeTech (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is StartUp Trading OÜ (registry code 12238635), located at Geose 1, Järve küla, Toila vald, 30331, Estonia.

1. Validity of Contract of Sale, Product and Price Information

These terms of sale apply to purchases of products in the online store.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are added based on the delivery method and destination, and are displayed during checkout.
Product information is presented directly next to each product in the store.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired items to your cart, fill in the necessary fields, and select the preferred delivery method. The total cost will be shown and can be paid securely via MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) using the following methods:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay

  • Latvian and Lithuanian bank links

  • Card payments: Visa / MasterCard

  • Buy now, pay later options

  • Gift cards

NB! When using a bank link, please confirm the payment and click "Return to merchant."

Payment data is securely handled by Maksekeskus AS. The contract is considered valid once payment has been received by the online store.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the customer will be notified immediately and refunded within 14 days.


3. Delivery Information

We deliver to: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and other European countries.
Delivery options: parcel machines (Omniva, Itella), courier delivery (DPD, DHL), or local pickup.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 2–5 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5–8 business days

Shipping costs are shown during checkout and are borne by the customer.


4. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exceptions: custom-made products are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, send a withdrawal request to our email or through the contact form on the website within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer covers return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.


5. Defective Goods

We guarantee the quality of our products for 2 years from the date of delivery in tight using.
If a defect appears, the customer must notify us within 2 weeks via email or the contact form.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.


6. Personal Data and Marketing

Personal data is used only to process orders and deliver goods. Necessary information is shared with shipping providers.
We may send promotional emails if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the email or by contacting us directly.


7. Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues or complaints, please contact us via email or through the website contact form.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
